Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person, including the partner connected to your account.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or unsolicited content.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (notes, check-ins, profile data). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it for the purpose of operating the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

The Service allows you to share social battery data with a connected partner. By connecting, you authorize the sharing of that data with your partner's account. You can disconnect at any time, after which new data will no longer be shared.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance through the applicable app store and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel through your app store settings. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and logos, is owned by NFxAI Ventures LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. The Service is not a medical or therapeutic tool and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NFxAI Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of $50 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NFxAI Ventures LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NFxAI Ventures LLC is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
